Fit For Soccer specializes in group training for teams of all sizes. With targeted workouts designed to maximize speed, agility, and fitness, players will get back ready for pre-season training.
Other high school pre-season camps promise results; we guarantee them. Our camps are run by certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS). Campers will undergo the same rigorous pre-season training that the top collegiate and professional teams use today. All of our camps are built on progression which helps reduce the risk of injuries while increasing athletic performance.
Freshman, Junior Varsity and Varsity High School Teams
Fit For Soccer offers 8-week, 4-week, 1-week, and customizable programs that suit your teams needs and schedule. Our summer camps emphasize the development of speed, strength, power and explosiveness in a fun and energetic atmosphere. Each program incorporates field and ball time to help develop and sharpen each player's skills and fitness level. Fit For Soccer recommends the 8-week program: pre and post tests are conducted so players and coaches can see their progress throughout training.
Travel, Club, Premier, and High School Teams
This clinic is designed to give players an in-depth understanding of the physical and technical demands of college soccer. Players will have the opportunity to work with current and former professional soccer players, and some of the top college coaches in the region. Athletes will perform a number of soccer specific conditioning tests to help evaluate their current fitness status. Following each training session, players will gain invaluable information on the NCAA college soccer recruitment process.

In soccer, speed is what separates the elite from average. If you want to increase your team's overall speed and agility, Fit For Soccer offers the only soccer specific speed and agility clinics throughout the northeast. Our Speed & Agility clinics educate each athlete on proper running technique, and incorporate speed drills and dribbling in a fun and competitive environment. Athletes also learn proper stretches that should be performed to increase flexibility, range of motion, and speed.
All Teams
Our developmental clinic is designed for youth soccer teams that want to develop their team's current athletic ability and maximize their future potential. Because the earlier an athlete begins training the more athletic they will become, we use a combination of balance and coordination drills to help develop young athleteÕs motor skills. Players will also learn the proper running technique with a combination of speed, quickness and acceleration training. Players will also play a number of fun soccer games at the end of each session to make their fitness session enjoyable. This is a fun and upbeat clinic that will create an athletic foundation for your team's future success.

These results show a comprehensive 8 week study conducted with an NCAA Division II collegiate men's soccer team. All athletes were tested prior to beginning the program and directly after completing the program.
