  • Description Fit For Soccer offers a variety of comprehensive excersise programs, including our Aerobic Training Program, Plyometric Program, Speed & Agility Program, and Resistance Training Program. Each offers athletes of any level a detailed, soccer-specific progressive workout.
  • What Results Will I See? Increase running speed, increase shot power, increase vertical leap, increase confidence on the field and increase your playing ability.
  • Who Is It For? Both Male and Female athletes that would like a personalized resistance training program. Athletes that are making the transitioning into high school/college or professional soccer level and who want to have a competitive edge against the opposition.

  • Description A detailed, soccer-specific nutrition program that includes a full diet tailored to your goals. Whether you want to reduce, maintain, or gain weight, Fit For Soccer will get you there! Our nutrition program consists of a complete 7-day meal plan that is easy to follow and lasts for 8 weeks. The program is fully customizable so we only use foods and beverages our athletes like. The plan also includes pre and post-game meals to help fuel your body before competitions and to give players the energy they need to win.
  • What Results Will I See? Reduction of body fat, an increase in energy, faster recovery times and an increase in muscle mass.
  • Who Is It For? Both Male and Female athletes that would like a personalized nutrition program to help maximize their fitness goals. The program is designed to make athletes look and feel great, but more importantly to help individuals reach their ultimate fitness goals.

Analysis
